Hubertus is keen to develop partnerships with estates or stalkers who are able to contribute to our expanding range of wild Scottish products.

Information required from estates and stalkers

For stalkers, we will need trained Hunters number

Delivery and Pick up

  • We will give you an intake sheet when you deliver and collect from you contact and other relevant details for the intake sheet

Presentation of deer
  • All carcases MUST be tagged ( with your trained hunter / meat hygiene number) and have relevant information on and signed ( We can supply Hubertus Game tags if required)
  • Clean shot (if possible)
  • Chest cavity to be split
  • No contamination to be inside the carcass, e.g. belly shot and not properly cleaned.
  • Head & legs to be off, and knuckles to be kept clean
  • Carcass to be kept cool (7 Celsius or below) or brought in day on the day the deer is shot.
Additional items
  • There will be a 25% deduction for Haunch and Saddle damage
  • We pay £1.00 per Tail
  • We pay £1.50 per Pizzle – pizzle must have the H bone attached ( animals to be 30kg or over)
Payments to suppliers ( Estates & Stalkers)
  • Please make sure we have your correct bank details for payments ( if you are not sure please check with us so you know we have the right details)
  • We pay every 30 days by BACS and a copy of the line / intake sheet relating to your deer supply details is sent out with a remittance by email or post
